My name is Brinley Atkinson, and at 17 years old, I’ve launched this bakery to meet the need for deliciousness instead of settling for compromise.

For the past seven years, I have baked for my gluten-free, dairy-free mother. During this time, I have experimented with a wide variety of recipes and baked goods. I’ve built my way up from the century-honored chocolate chip cookie to layered cakes and more. Such spirit for a bakery dream. Crazy thing is, this star-struck dream of mine— it just brushes the fringe of reality. With love and support, we can grow together within tasteful time.

The name ‘Embrace Bakery’ was crafted with the mission of sharing the love of Christ Jesus with anyone I come into contact with. Just as God embraces and loves every person, Embrace Bakery is made with a purpose of making baked goods available and safe for everyone - including those with gluten/dairy dietary restrictions!

Just as Christ remains the foundation of my life, he is the foundation upon which this company is built and will stand for the years to come!
